StratX Simulations delivers FREE support to Students/Participants and Instructors using StratX Simulations.

Students Support Policy
Students are invited to click on the Students Support section and search through our database of Frequently Asked Questions.

If students do not find the answer to their question, we invite them to contact their instructor/professor directly. StratX does not respond to students questions directly, in order not to interfere with the Instructor’s pedagogical objectives.

Instructors Support Policy
Support to instructors is provided by email, but Support managers can be contacted by phone for urgent inquiries.

Filling in the form available in the Instructors Support section will help StratX Support answer your question effectively.

The Support Manager in you region will get back to you with 4 business hours (Paris or Boston depending on the region you are located in).
