Multiple licensing options are now available:
Participant Activation Keys (PAK) may be purchased by individual participants,
by bookstores or by universities in electronic or paper format. Large
universities may also sign a multi-course contract.
The process is optimized for Instructors with a new form on our website
becoming the central point for quotation, order and course creation. The
process is also optimized for participants who purchase their individual PAK
(License Number) online with automated registration.
This new process only concerns Markstrat and BOSS. To order the Markops
simulation, please keep the same order process as before.
Ordering StratX Simulations Step-by-step
Step 1: Instructor Registration
• Register as an Instructor (or Login if you are already
registered)
• Once your registration is validated by StratX, you will be
able to proceed with your Course Creation

legal reasons, Professors who teach in more than one university now need to
create different Instructor logins based on where the course will take place
Step 2: Course creation
• Login as an Instructor and go to the Courses section
• Complete the form to create your course or to get a
quotation.
• IMPORTANT Please
select the Type of Course you will be running:
• Student: full-time academic
programs (ie. undergraduate, master, full-time MBA programs)
• Executive: Part-time or
Executive programs (ie. Executive MBA)
• Corporate: Company specific or
Open-enrollment programs.

check the university and country where the course will take place. If you are
teaching in a different university, you will have to create a separate login

• If you select ‘University
Order’ and your university is based in the European Union (except France), you
may enter your University European VAT number to be exempted from VAT
Step 3: Order
You will be able to proceed with your order ONCE your course is validated by
StratX. You will receive an email with different instructions, depending on who
will be purchasing the licenses:
• Individual participants – Online Store
You will receive an email providing instructions for your participants to place
their order: link to our Online Store, Course ID, Simulation name etc.
You may copy and paste the content of this email to send to your participants.
• Individual Participants – Bookstores
You will receive an email providing instructions for your Bookstore to place
their order: link to our Online Store, Course ID, Simulation name etc.
You may copy and paste the content of this email to send to your bookstore.
Your email will also provide information to send to your participants so they
may register to your course once they have purchased their Participant
Activation Key (PAK) at the Bookstore.
• University Order
You will receive an email providing a link to your quotation on our Online
Store.
You may then proceed with your order online.
• Multi-course Contract
You will receive an email confirming the validation of your course.
You will be able to proceed with the registration of your participants using
the Participant Activation Keys (PAKs) purchased as part of your multi-course
University Order.
